It can be tiring to call a restaurant and order a meal. You might be put on hold, and oftentimes you have to talk over the background noise of a busy restaurant, and then get in your car, find parking, wait in line to pay.
The main advantage of MealAway platform (web version & mobile app) is the ease and simplicity it provides. As a customer, you don't have to call to make an order and then go to the restaurant to pick it up.
When you use the app or website, you can scroll through the announcements or search for a particular restaurant or view the extensive menu items, by filtering (dishes, prices, rating system and location). Find something you like, tap to add it to your cart. MealAway app/website provides all of this in just a few clicks. Our platform enables customers to look for their favorite restaurants, view menus, place orders, and have them delivered to their home or office.
When you’re ready to make an order, you’ll see your address location, that will be provided automatically by your mobile settings, or you may enter it manually, as well as an estimated delivery time, the price of the order including service charge and delivery fee. Choose your payment options. When everything looks right, just tap Place order and that’s it.
First, you will get a message that the food maker accepted your request and started preparing it. Then, when the order is almost ready, nearby delivery people will go to the food maker to pay & pick it up. You will receive a notification that ordered food items are on their way. You will be able to track the delivery people's progress on the mobile/web application map.

MealAway does offer cash on delivery options. Please make sure you have the correct payment, the delivery driver may not have exact change.
We have more than 100 countries that we support. We recommend enabling your GPS location finder and letting the app detect your location automatically.
